My Gut Healthy Summer
CALLEN Internship | Strategy, Creative & Account Support
A Dream Client
OLIPOP was my main client during my internship at CALLEN. It was a busy summer, and I had the chance to jump in across the board. I gained hands-on experience and got to see the work I contributed to come to life.

Project #1
OLIPOP Time Travel Travel Agency
Summer 2025, OLIPOP transformed the iconic Austin Motel into the “OLIPOP Time Travel Travel Agency,” an experiential activation that brought the brand’s soda flavors to life. Fans could enter to win an all-expenses-paid stay in the themed rooms, while Austin locals joined the fun at a pool party hosted at the motel. I was involved from early pre-production all the way through the live activation.
TEASER
I helped bring the teaser phase to life by writing the social copy framework directly from the brief, client comms, and legal notes. I built and managed the social copy matrix, briefed copywriters, and polished every line to stay compliant without losing the fun before passing it off to our media partner.
LAUNCH
I wrote the motel stay giveaway website copy by turning legal requirements into something human. I interpreted legal guidance, built the entry rules into the language naturally, and wrote a fun, on-brand blurb that made the trip exciting while staying compliant. I also vetted applicants and winners to ensure they were real people and a true fit for the OLIPOP brand.
EVENT PRODUCTION
When it came time to bring the activation to life, I jumped in wherever I could, stepping into an event producer role to help make sure the experience felt seamless, fun, and on brand.
This project pushed my account management skills to the next level—keeping teams aligned, timelines on track, and both the client and consumer experience front and center. It also let me flex my design skills and Adobe proficiency, which is a big part of what sets me apart as an account manager who can actually speak to creative work.
Project #2
Spongebob x OLIPOP
OLIPOP introduced the Pineapple Paradise flavor in anticipation of the new SpongeBob movie, setting the stage for a playful, story-driven rollout rooted in fandom and nostalgia. I grew up on SpongeBob, so getting to work on this launch was especially fun (and surreal).
TEASERS + LAUNCH
Ahead of production, I was trusted to help set the tone for launch, writing POVs that shaped creative direction and launch tactics, contributing to internal and client decks, and grounding everything in real cultural insight from the SpongeBob fanbase. I supported the teaser phase by translating client feedback for creatives, writing the “As Produced” script, and managing the social copy matrix for seamless campaign delivery.
CHUMPOP TAKEOVER
When OLIPOP launched SpongeBob’s new Pineapple Paradise flavor, naturally Plankton had to try to destroy it.
The launch started with Pineapple Paradise teasers before turning into the ChumPop takeover, where I helped shape POVs and early ideas for how the product would come to life across the campaign.
This project sharpened my ability to support creative teams, manage details, and communicate cultural insight clearly in a fast-moving brand collaboration.
Project #3
Strategic Support Across the Account
Alongside campaign work, I supported ongoing strategic needs for the account—helping strengthen client relationships and support business retention.
This included competitive and consumer research, consumer interviews, strategy development, pitch and post-pitch timeline planning, presentation support, and trademark research. While some details can’t be shared, this work played a meaningful role behind the scenes.

Biggest Takeaway
Working on OLIPOP was an absolute dream. It pushed my account management skills to the next level, sharpening how I support creative teams, manage details, and translate cultural insight in fast-moving work. It also highlighted my ability to speak to and elevate creative through my design and Adobe skills.
