Summer
OLIPOP was my primary account at CALLEN and truly a dream project to work on. This section of my portfolio highlights the three projects where I had the greatest impact.
Projects I Worked On:
Project #1
I helped bring the teaser phase to life by building and managing the social copy framework, translating the brief, client comms, and legal notes into compliant, playful copy, briefing writers, and polishing every line before handing it off to the media partner.
In summer 2025, OLIPOP transformed the iconic Austin Motel into the “OLIPOP Time Travel Travel Agency,” an experiential hospitality activation that brought the brand’s soda flavors to life.
Launch
I stepped into an event-producer role, helping make sure everything felt seamless and fun while staying compliant. I supported décor sourcing, on-site execution, signage, post-event social listening, and giveaway fulfillment.
This project leveled up my account management skills while letting me flex my design and Adobe strengths, helping me bridge client needs and creative execution.
Turned legal requirements into on-brand giveaway copy and helped vet applicants and winners for authenticity.
On-Site Assistance
OLIPOP introduced the Pineapple Paradise flavor in anticipation of the new SpongeBob movie, setting the stage for a playful, story-driven rollout rooted in fandom and nostalgia.
I grew up on SpongeBob, so getting to work on this launch was especially fun (and surreal).
Ahead of production, I was trusted to help set the tone for launch, writing POVs that shaped creative direction and launch tactics, contributing to internal and client decks, and grounding everything in real cultural insight from the SpongeBob fanbase.
I supported the teaser phase by translating client feedback for creatives, writing the “As Produced” script, and managing the social copy matrix for seamless campaign delivery.
CHUMPOP TAKEOVER
When OLIPOP launched SpongeBob’s new Pineapple Paradise flavor, naturally Plankton had to try to destroy it.
The launch started with Pineapple Paradise teasers before turning into the ChumPop takeover, where I helped shape POVs and early ideas for how the product would come to life across the campaign.
Pre-Production
This project sharpened my ability to support creative teams, manage details, and communicate cultural insight clearly in a fast-moving brand collaboration.
Outside of campaign work, I helped keep the account moving day to day by:
Conducting competitive and consumer research to support strategic decision-making
Supporting pitch and post-pitch planning and timelines
Assisting with presentation development and polish
Help research trademarks and legal considerations
Contribute to building strong client relationships and supporting business retention
